Seminar Description: This full-day seminar will provide a detailed review of important estate planning matters for those who deal with the owner-managed client. This includes enhanced estate planning skills for the non-specialist practitioner, introduction of important tax and estate planning concepts, and useful tips and an up-to-date reference source.

Participants will develop a working understanding of how to initiate and undertake effective estate planning. An important area of the seminar is to maintain flexibility in the estate plan while the managing estate planning risk.

Prerequisite
Participants should have significant experience in the area of domestic estate planning and should have a good understanding of the testamentary tax rules.
