Seminar Description: This online session will focus on the many tax issues that arise - both compliance and planning related - when starting a business. It will be primarily focused on private companies.

Attendees will broaden their understanding of tax compliance requirements, tax traps, and tax planning opportunities that arise when starting a business. Common traps and planning opportunities are discussed.

This online session is eligible for verifiable CPD Hours. You will be required to complete a short quiz and will be able to print a certificate of completion.
