As a result of the recent economic times, many enterprises are facing financial difficulty and tax loss situations. This session is intended to review corporate tax issues in troubled times. It will provide an overview of debt forgiveness issues, startegies to preserve debt funded losses, loss utilization issues and strategies to utilize losses.
